Mohammad Alzoubi2024-06-13I highly recommend high-tech home inspector Windermere , the inspector Name Dathan I called him over the phone he took as much time as possible to hear my story over then phone, he was patient, and leasing and giving attention to all my story in details , when I done explaining he know exactly what I need it and he was able to meet me at my available house, and he did show up on time and fast. He is very knowledgeable about what he’s doing , he have the best quality equipment on him that home inspectors needs to fully inspect any house in any size. Simply he showed up took him around 10 - 20 mints to narrow down what he was looking for, he even went out in the rain use the ladder to check up on my hour roof and drainage as well. After the 20 mints past he pointed up the issue I have and he was 99% confident about it. Then I called for repair of what he advised is the problems and yes he was right about it, simply he did good job finding the issue I use to have and he deserves what he got. Plus he offered to come in for free next time to check on the work before it’s done to make sure it was done right! And I kept him updated about my issue and he was answering the phone and happy to help even over the phone. Simple highly recommend.
